Called them in for a routine service and they told me that my entire HVAC system needed to be replaced at a cost of over $15000. Then I had two other heating contractors come in and they said I just needed a refrigerant top up at a cost of under $200. Needless to say, I took that option and everything is working just fine.

I am a widow. While I am wise in many things, house maintenance is not one of them as my husband was very intelligent about these matters. Now that he has died I have been faced with multiple and perplexing home issues. One hot day this summer, my upstairs air conditioning unit did not work. I called One Hour because they had earlier been out to the house. When they arrived, I was told that my entire system, heating and air, needed to be replaced. I am filing a complaint with the State Lic. Board and possibly going to Small Claims Court with this company. Three inspectors who have checked the work One Hour did in installing my $3400+ heater and $3700+ ductwork tell me that 1. they failed to get a required permit, 2. they sold me a heater that is too big for my home; 3. they installed the heater improperly; 4. they installed the ductwork improperly; 5. said faulty installations may/will harm the heater; said faulty installations may harm my health. This company is not the most overpriced that there work is sub par. If your thinking about a repair or new system shop around first before be charge and arm and a leg. buyer be where, Its sad that people like the owners of this company that advantage of people and mistake kindness for weakness.
