A+ experience Your office called to confirm the time that your tech would arrive and within minutes he was at our door. The staff that called to confirm from your office was very concerned, polite, and helpful. Based on this experience and on previous experiences, I wouldn't go anywhere else for help in this area. No More Worries with Heating/ Cooling We have enjoyed excellent service from Rohrer's One Hour over the past 3 years following a referral from my parents. Previous experiences with other companies had been inconsistent. Central Air Conditioning Instillation Steve and Ryan arrived at the stated time, and asked where the access to the attic and the electrical box were located. Ryan then informed me how the installation would proceed and if I had any questions about the instillation. Upon not having any questions they quickly went to work covering the carpets, and exposed floors before removing the old central air conditioning system. Making our House Cool again Steve W Serviced our heat pump / AC yesterday. Steve got here quickly, was friendly , informative and quickly made the repairs necessary to get our equipment up and running again. I would recommend him and Rohrer's to family, neighbors and friend.
My Air Conditioner service I thought the service was top notch. It always is from this company. The technician was there promply. He was very courteous and he figured out the problem in several minutes. He fixed my heat pump and was gone within an hour. I couldn't be happier.
One of the nicest copanies You can call in and talk to a nice person, schedule your propane delivery and it will be there same day or the next. They also have wonderful service people that will fix your furnace quickly!

honest service On two occasions I have had work done on my AC system. Both times Quality showd up on time; the repairman was clean and polite and the service was good. They told me exactly what was broken; exactly what it would cost, and got it done quickly. PROS: on time, honest, good people CONS: none
OK Some of the Time We have an older air conditioning unit that has problems every year. We have used One Hour several times but it seems they are more concerned about selling us a new unit than just fixing the old one. The last time we had them come out, the guy could not figure out the problem and it was the next day before they could get someone out to fix it (and it was not a big problem!). They are good to come out on short notice but I just wish they would lay off the sales-pitch.
