Arrogant repair man The work was fine, just as well as anyone else licensed could have done. As for the type of people they send out...different story. The guy named Matt came out and was arrogant and treated me like he thought I was ignorant because I didn't understand what he was saying. Quick Response One hour Heating and Air Conditioning are quick to respond when the heat goes out! I had my heat pump go out when it was 20 degrees outside and they came out with out any complaints. The pricing was high but they were there when I needed them.
