I was assigned One Hour Plumbing through my home warranty. Prior to the assigned visit, I was asked to pay the service fee over the phone due to COVID-19. When Julian arrived, he looked at the bad faucet. Without testing the issue, was quick to leave telling me he had to come back to repair it. The next day I find out through my own effort to report the lack of customer service that he had reported to my home warranty that he found no issue.
