I've used this framer for my photographs for many years with excellent results. My instructions have been carried out, the job is ready on time and the frames and mats look perfect. Several years ago I had a museum exhibit and the entire group of 30 was prepared here. The prices are reasonable and I am very satisfied with the service. -- Shelley

Worst company I've ever worked with!
WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. RUDE, HOSTILE, CURSED AT ME, ETC. Charged me incorrectly for a service, and then refused to correct it. Hung up on me. I would NEVER work with them again and HIGHLY recommend you STAY AWAY!
Horrible, ABYSMAL customer service. These people are thieves. Take your business elsewhere.

Great FAST Service – I came in needing two custom frames for photos I had going in a gallery. After doing a bunch of research on where to go- I decided one hour framing was the fastest, and least expensive offer. My photos were ready asap- they looked beautiful and were very affordable. Highly recommended!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! – Employee by the name of Wasim - extremely rude!!! I called to explain an error made in the workmanship. He shouted and then hung up the phone !!! Is this the way to treat customers? The unfortunate part is that I have more work to be done, but I will never use their services again!!!
Beautiful work – I was so impressed by this shop. The choices and selection size is a little overwhelming at first (especially for me, a newbie to framing) but Waseem was very helpful and knew just what I needed. He told me what would look good and what wouldn't. I put all my trust in his hands for framing a valuable oil painting I had as well as a simple copy. He made them both look priceless. I am now recommending friends to get their work done at this frame shop.
