Horrible experience with this company. One of their employees informed my husband and I that he has his own business on the side, and he turned out to be a crook. Stay away from these guys! The new unit they sold us broke down within year! My husband and I had to once again come out of pocket even with a so called warranty.
I do not recommend to use the maintenance plan with this company because although they state service calls are covered under the plan they are not as after they come out they will state the basic maintenance that was provided is a repair and charge you additional fees. You end up paying twice as much than any other company and due to the signed maintenance contract you have no recourse and bound to the contract. They came out for a leak and told us we need an entirely new system and quoted us over $20,000. I had 2 other companies come out and say we can wait longer to replace, and both quotes were well under $10,000.
