I walked in uncertain about my failing AC, but the technician from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating of West Palm Beach was incredibly professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the air conditioner repair while explaining each step. The service was fast, courteous, and the house felt comfortable again in no time. I highly recommend them for any AC services you need.
Not only don’t they not show up within an hour but also don’t even contact you back to indicate running late, can’t make it, apologies for delay, etc.. Big waste of time. Contact ANY other emergency HVAC service for a weekend repair but stay away from this one unless you like being ignored.
