They came out for a leak and told us we need an entirely new system and quoted us over $20,000. I had 2 other companies come out and say we can wait longer to replace, and both quotes were well under $10,000.
I had a very disappointing experience today. I was initially told the technician was just 13 minutes away, but it ended up taking him nearly two hours to arrive. When he finally showed up at 4 PM, he appeared unprepared to start the job. He gave us a crazy $1,000 quote to install two bathroom fans but then said it was too late in the day to complete the work. This was extremely frustrating and felt like a complete waste of time. I previously had my AC fixed and received great service so this may be a stand alone unprofession... read more
