I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. The technician who came out was friendly and personable, which I appreciated. However, I did feel a bit pressured to go forward with the recommended service. The technician unplugged my unit from the outside to run a test and then went into the attic to inspect the system. Friday night problem solved by Saturday midmorning. In a July heat wave that's priceless. Josh was friendly and professional and explained everything thoroughly.
Colin J. was very informative and able to get my AC running quickly. He advised my current stautus and offered some tips to help get more efficiency from the unit.
I was disappointed in the company after my appointment had to be rescheduled twice, which wasn't my fault. My technician, Rickie gets five . He did a excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked things out and was very detailed about everything and explained everything so well, so that we can understand. Call and ask for Rickie, you want be disappointed.
Edited: This post is from Spring 2025-ish. I apparently never hit the "post" button. My experience with One Hour has been both positive and negative. The 2 stars is because the negative outweighs the positive. The Positive: Their response is fast and their techs are knowledgable. They have also been courteous and explain everything they do. I thought enough of this to sign an annual service contract at a fair price. I am happy with this.
