Called them during Memorial Day weekend. Tech who shall be nameless came as he said. Seemed to have a chip on his shoulder- did not like his attitude. Told me the coils had a leak (even though the pan was dry) and my condensor was leaking as well. Informed me I needed a whole new system that could run from $13-$14K. I got a 2nd opinion and was told there was no leak in the coils, only the condensor; only that needed to be replaced. Come on One Hour A/C, this isn't the way to run your business.
