I have a very old HVAC system which quit on me. Josh was able to get it up and running quickly and gave the system a complete inspection and a thorough cleaning.
A year ago they serviced our current unit and we paid in full and were happy. While the Tech was here we received a quote for a new AC and thought it was kind of high. Got a second quote from another business and it was $8000 cheaper for the same unit, installation etc. Decided we were not going to use One Hour anymore. 1 year later, there is a constant barrage of calls, texts, emails for them to come out and service us. Have not answered them one time. Now I have a $316.00 bill from them. Funny stuff!
