Ray and Jay were a breath of fresh air after having a bad smell in my AC they worked so hard to clean my AC out now it’s fresh and clean . it took a while to find the problem after paying a lot to seal holes in my vents but they came out and took care of it at no charge so I’m super happy
Bobby was wonderful arrived on time and finished quickly.
Bradley was nice and informative during his AC maintenance visit. UPDATE: so Bradley noticed the new coil frozen and said he scheduled me an appointment with a tech to come in to evaluate and fix the issue. This was replaced about 3 months ago and it’s faulty. He mentioned that it was still under warranty and that a tech will come in and replace it. I have been waiting for this tech and have called but nobody has come out to fix this. Adam Creamer is absolutely amazing. He came out on a Sunday, diagnosed the situation quickly and was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He got us all set up for ordering the part we needed. I have to say that we received a call from Chris on Monday that our part was in, I called on Tuesday to schedule, I spoke to Joann and scheduled for 2-6 that same day unfortunately that technician was a no show, no call, text or email or anything. RJ from One Hour AC & Heating came to my home today to give me a price on air duct in UV for my AC. I had met with another company previously. RJ's price was fair honest and true. Hit his true honesty won me over.
