I have used one hour air conditioning and heating twice already. Both times I had the pleasure of having Trenell Carter come by. He has done such an amazing job and very thorough. He explains what he is doing, what is wrong, how he can fix it. I was so impressed in his professionalism and down to earth nature I decided to get their services to come maintenance our unit twice a year. Definitely recommend them. If they have techs like Trenell working for them I’m sure the others are just the same.
Norbert Perez was my tech today and I have never had such a competent and honest tech. He explained clearly what was needed with the HVAC and why and was able to figure out the problem with the mini-split. He installed an additional surge protector to keep it safe and finally functioning again. He was especially mindful of my pets and was careful to keep doors closed. He takes great pride in the work he does, and he does it with integrity. He's a credit to your organization!
