We first called after hearing a dripping noise coming from the closet with our air handler, and John D. was fantastic from the very beginning. He quickly helped us identify the problem and get it resolved within our budget. Joseph came shortly after I called on a Sunday early evening. His customer service was fantastic. He was very detailed and helpful.
Jack showed up and immediately diagnosed the problem. He fixed our air conditioner on a hot August day for a lot less than I thought it would cost.. He was a fine young man and I enjoyed talking with him!
