They way over charged to put a hard start kit and capacitor on my system. The scheduled maintenance was basically useless, didn’t clean condensate lines or notify me there was no secondary line or float switch on the unit only the pan. On top of it all I’ve been trying to unsuccessfully cancel my service membership for six months. The next company to look at it (I now have two service memberships bc this one seems to be cancelled every time they tell me it is) said “this system has never been maintained”. Called them very late in the day and they sent out a technician the same day. Brandon was extremely thorough and got us back up and running. Definitely recommend.
Inefficient at finding a refrigerant leak, 2 weeks and wasted Freon. The installation was good years ago. Inconsistent maintenance.
Had two ac units to house, ask is it possible two go with one, was told yes and went with one unit that would be big enough to manage the house. Oh everything is going to be much better I was told. Your bill sure me much cheaper, my electric bill is even more, cause the moisture in the house. My ceiling is meldew, kitchen cabinets and shelves falling of walls ,floor damage cause have wooden floors. Had one guy that came in for service took pictures of ceiling, and no response.
