Very professional. Found the issue and fixed it. Came out on a Sunday that was a holiday weekend. Not many companies would do that.
No one wants to spend thousands replacing a furnace, especially when you weren't expecting to. That said, when you find yourself in that position, you want technicians who are kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Chris and Jason replaced my furnace today and they were all the above. The installation team were on time, competent and answered all our questions. We were glad to have this team install our new heating/cooling system!
Charged over $1,200 to install a compressor that costs less than $100. Not on an emergency call either. Absolute rip off.
