EDIT again: BEWARE of scammers that are fraudulently trying to sell new HVAC systems!! EDIT: I hate to do this, as Damon was very nice, but he recommended a whole new HVAC system. After a 25-35k quote, we got someone else out for a second opinion. They told us in good conscious they could not replace the system, so he called out a service guy. That guy found the issue. Damon did a great job. Worked with me when the thermostat didn’t initially turn the heat on but I was able to by my phone and then everything worked. He tried to provide upgrade ideas and also help set the drain slope to ensure it drained better. Thanks Damon.
