I got the membership plan and One Hour canceled the first two appointments as their guys didn't show up for work. I had taken off work both days and they didn't call to cancel until the day of the appointment. The third appointment the guy did show up and was supposed to do a yearly maintenance on the ac but all he did was take photos of my unit, then said I had a coolant leak and that they dont service units that are 15yrs or older. This is a review of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, the "plumbing arm" of One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Jerry Guccione returned to our home to finalize the replacement of the water main valves for our home. Jerry arranged to do this in a two-part procedure so that the work would be covered by our service plan (it also turned out that WSSC had to be involved because the shutoff valve at the street had to be repaired).
