I scheduled an AC tune-up with One Hour for 5:00 PM. We received a call stating the technician would arrive slightly after 5:00, which we accepted. We briefly stepped out (about 5 minutes away), and while out, we received a call saying the technician had arrived. We immediately returned home and arrived around 5:20 PM, then called to confirm we were back.
