Steffin was excellent, he was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He provided a comprehensive check on both our systems inside and out. He also cleaned both systems and ensured they were working and there were not any lose wires. We would highly recommend One Hour and Steffin to anyone needing A/C services!
Adam was an excellent technician .. very polite and courteous and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough with excellent attention to detail. This was our annual check up, but he took the time to check inside the home, and the unit outside. He made a recommendation to avoid a potential issue in the near term. That was appreciated. We definitely recommend Adam and would use him again if the need arose.
Alejandro and Roberto was easy to talk with and very professional. They both provided excellent service.
