18 months ago I paid over $12,000 for a complete new hvac system. 2 months ago I started having issues. I’m about to have the tech out for the 3rd time for the same problem. I talked to someone at the office and they really told me that warranty work is only standby so I’m supposed to sit at the house and hope they show up between 8am and 6pm. Really? Danny was incredible! He came out to our house on a holiday weekend when our AC was leaking and spent so much time with us making sure everything was taken care of. He came back the following week and was just as attentive. Super friendly and personal, while still being completely professional. We can’t recommend Danny enough—we’re sold!
Danny And Mitch did An Outstanding with my A/C system maintenance!
Danny and Mitch arrived on time in clean pressed uniforms. They were professional, courteous, and took pride in their work. They wore protective covering over their boots when entering the house. The maintenance was thorough and they even disassembled the exterior unit, climbed inside and cleaned it completely! They provided the best customer service I've seen in a long time. My heating went out overnight on one of our cold days and One Hour was able to provide prompt friendly service that morning. Jimmy and Taylor were able to diagnose and repair the problem very quickly and were very professional in their work. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. GOOD JOB!
