Jeff arrived within the window of appointment. I received a text message and a call from him to indicate his specific arrival time. Jeff was dressed professionally for the heat in August, and he was very respectful to everyone in the home. He explained the process of inspection and diagnosis of the issue. Jacob went above and beyond helping me. He made sure I understood every thing he was doing. Worked late to make sure I had AC tonite.
Great service this evening from Jeff who managed to fit us in after hours. Completed a complex reset of our thermostat with change of house ownership. We will be signing up with him and One Hour Heating and Cooling Bradenton for regular service from now on. Highly recommended. Jeff was great to work with and did an excellent job. I only wish that all the service people that come to my house could be as knowledgeable and personable as he is.
I recently had One-Hour replace my entire a/c-air circulation system. Jake and his right-hand-man did the entire job themselves in two long days, including one full day in the attic just replacing the ductwork. I have been very pleased with the new system. I have since called them to check out something that I thought was a possible problem. Jake came out the following day, went over the entire cooling system and reported back to me.
