He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions in regard to my heating & air options. There was no pressure, just honest advice so I could make the best choice. Chris arrived promptly on time, having called in advance to let me know he was on his way. He immediately put on shoe covers before entering my house. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable and obviously experienced, he was very nice and friendly. He was also very efficient and didn’t waste time but he was thorough and communicated the problems well. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them myself.
