On 5-25-13, I called One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating because my downstairs unit was not cooloing and had a buildup of ice on the outside unit. They sent their technician Henry to my house and this is what ensued. Henry told us that the unit had an extremely dirty evaporator coil, a rusted out tube sheet,very low refrigerant pressure, and the blower motor was leaking oil. Beware these people are under new management and are always trying to sell you things you don t really need. They installed my unit, which i found out was several years old/ old never used inventory, didn t tell me. Then started charging me to upgrade everytime they came out, recently told me need to replace 8 year old unit because it was low on freon. Got a reputable/ highly recommended by expert in field to look over and sid that they had jury rigged the capacitor they added and that there was NO need for a replacement. GE... read more
