I am very disappointed in how my recent service call with One Hour was handled. The office is not organized whatsoever. The new lady I spoke with told me they didn’t know when the tech would arrive and that I would just get a text before they came. You have to apparently babysit these people when they're working at your house because they'll destroy your property. Started off several years ago busting the bottom step on the ladder going up into the attic, just never said anything about it and let it go. Fast forward to this year and the workers "forgot" to install the drip pipe and leaked water onto the ceiling. They'll do the bare minimum when "trying to make it right"....it took them multiple trips to finally paint the ceiling like they should've done from the beginn... read more

This place is horrible. The lady that answers the phone needs to be fired or retrained she is so rude. I had a unit installed and they didn’t install the proper air ducts for the unit and house size so here lately I’ve been having issues with my unit shutting off. I called because unit is still under warranty they were making little snooty comments to me after I told them what another company had said the problem was. I called on a Thursday because AC went out and they said they couldn't get me in till Saturday. Saturday came around and I didn't even get a phone call all weekend for that matter. Fortunately, Halls plumbing and air came out and fixed the problem in 2 hours
