Did not keep appointment First they told me one thing was broken, and then recanted and changed their mind about what was wrong with my heat pump. By itself thats not a huge problem, but I think the technician should have gotten his information correct initially before presenting it to me. The price changed from $1800 down to $600 after he got a second opinion. However they did not show up on time for the second visit, in fact they never showed up. honest service On two occasions I have had work done on my AC system. Both times Quality showd up on time; the repairman was clean and polite and the service was good. They told me exactly what was broken; exactly what it would cost, and got it done quickly.

Worst AC company around. I have had a Goodman unit from One Hour Heating and Air for 3 years now. Worst 3 years of my life, They have been out 2 or 3 times a year to fix this junk, It is either not blowing heat or not blowing air twice a year. 2 weeks ago now the AC stopped working, Called one hour, took the guy almost a week to get here. Don't know where he was driving from but fixed it in about 15 minutes. 24 hours latter AC not working again. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is did any excellent job. Replaced an old return system--good job and very knowledgeable. Also had a problem with circuit breaker which was quickly discovered and repaired. Would continue to use them in the future.

Arrogant repair man The work was fine, just as well as anyone else licensed could have done. As for the type of people they send out...different story. The guy named Matt came out and was arrogant and treated me like he thought I was ignorant because I didn't understand what he was saying. Sorry don't know all the lingo with you heating and air guys, perhaps that's why I chose to call them in the first place. Air conditioner repaired quickly this summer Hottest day of the year and our central air went out. Called this service and they came out and had it running quickly. Reasonable price and professional service.

Quick Response One hour Heating and Air Conditioning are quick to respond when the heat goes out! I had my heat pump go out when it was 20 degrees outside and they came out with out any complaints. The pricing was high but they were there when I needed them.
