Justin was quick and super helpful. I called at 3pm with no cold air and it was 85 in the house. The problem was fixed by 530 the same day. I really appreciate everyone at One Hour.
Justin did great very polite. Very nice guy. Problem was the ladder wasn’t tall enough to get up on the roof.
The technician was on time, took his time diagnosing the swap cooler and was honest.
