I wish I could give him less than one star. We hired him out to inspect our house and septic. When we came back he said the house was great the only suggestion he had was that we get the septic pumped because it had been 12yrs according to the seller that it had been pumped. He said he didn't need to view the tank to pass the inspection that there are other ways to see if the system could pass. Being first time home buyers we believed him.
