Have been trying to get my Mom's medical equipment since March and here it is July. When I call they either say they can't locate her in their system (which is ridiculous because we have a few items from them), or they apologize and say they will bring the items that are missing, but they never do. I had to go back and forth between them and the Doctor's office dozens of times just to get the few things they did bother to deliver, and I've been getting billed by Lincare in the meantime for the things I've had to keep from th... read more
I've never been able to use the equipment. They were suppose to come back and adjust, never showed, never contacted me. However, they are still billing medicate every month. Fraud!
Scheduled oxygen tanks to be delivered to my place of residency for April 20, 2021 by 12PM. Called to check status of delivery, their customer service stated that it was scheduled for delivery between the hours of 2PM to 4PM which was not what was scheduled but whatever. No way of contacting the direct location, since there is no phone number provided, and customer service is coincidentally not answering. The RT was AWESOME! Took great care of my dad and explained everything to my Mom without "dumbing" it down. Was really with my folks. I highly recommend them!
They keep hanging up. My mom has been waiting for a hospital bed.
