It’s been such a pain trying To get services from this agency. We needed a nurse to take care of my daughter wound and after the first visit which she was not prepared for the job we needed to Perform, she told us she would place an order for supplies and come back. Almost two weeks of waiting, I call this guys and explaining what happened, sounded like I was talking in Chinese because I had to explain twice to the first person, and by talking to the second person, she got the wrong purpose for my call.
