I had my furnace replaced by Hugo and Luke on Dec 30 2024. Owning my own Landscaping business for over 35 years I know how important it is to do a good job and to be honest and fair with my customers as well as doing a perfect clean up at the end of the job, Hugo and Luke exceeded all expectations. I would recommend them to everyone.
They did a fantastic job on my tankless heater and gas line installation. They also installed my first smart thermostat (Ecobee) and a humidifier which I really love. Hugo is reliable and great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good service at a reasonable price point.
I replaced the furnace at home yesterday. The technician was very special and kind. I am very happy with the result. Above all, the price was reasonable.
About a year ago, I had a heat pump and furnace replaced. Three people came, and the installation was completed on the same day. They had to make a hole in the wall for the thermostat installation, but they finished it neatly. At the time of installation, it was early winter, so we only tested the heat, but this summer, I noticed that the heat pump works very well, keeping us cool throughout the season. I highly recommend them.
