I have visited one heart care on many different occasions. The staff at registration to technicians to my cardiologist were are great experience. The staff at the front registration were very pleasant and kind. The few times I had an echocardiogram done...the staff was very pleasant...polite and explained the entire test in detail. Not very good experience With Dr Nagi. Dr Enterted the room ‘ what is your name’ I was with my dad. I tried to understand whom he is asking? I was with dad for his appointment. I told him he is …… After sitting in front of the computer, he said you are fine but let me listen your heart. He put his statho for 5 seconds on my dad’s chest and said you are perfect. I asked few questions. All his answers were ‘ may be ‘. I do not know why Trillium is recommending this institution. Not satisfied with this cardiologist
