This rating for admin staff only. The cardiologist that did my bubble study was great. But the report never went to my specialist cos they didn’t have an email or fax no and couldn’t be bothered doing a google search to get it and asked me for it!!! Lazy or what !!!

Just called the reception to speak about return of the Holter . So so rude lady without even listening to what I was saying. So rude on the phone with loud voice talking to me. Same thing can be communicated in a polite way to patients.

I had an awful experience with Dr. Jasmine Grewal and One Heart Cardiologist Centre. I called to ask if I could stop using the heart bug monitor, as it was causing me uncomfortable rushes. Dr. Jasmine refused to come to the phone and lied, claiming she had nothing to do with it and told me to call complete care cardiology Centre. On top of that, I was charged $100 for nothing, and when I asked for a refund, they tried to pass the blame and sent me elsewhere, claiming I wasn’t charged by them.
