We have always had a positive experience with One Health Primary Care. Both the front office and medical staff are always responsive and willing to help. My elderly parents have seen several PAs in this group and have received good care from all, but Julie Vu is EXCEPTIONAL! I feel that our experience with her was the best care that they have received from ANY medical professional, period. She has the best bedside manners; she is friendly, kind, and inquisitive. Great care
Five stars go to Dr. Christine Trinh who's been an amazing and awesome help for my mother who's her patient. Dr. Trinh is very understanding and does everything possible to simply check on my mother, her prescriptions, blood work, etc. The issue is that staff and a certain nurse who took my mother's blood pressure today were rude and didn't even acknowledge her. I also want to add that the lady who handed the printout of my mother's medications also had an attitude simply because my mother requested a printout. I completely ... read more
