Not sure about the negativity on here, my first experience was very informative and for a guy who hates going to a doctor, it was actually very pleasant...I was listened to and informed at every question...I would also compliment everyone there for being thoughtful and friendly...people do need to realize that they are not the only patient and some issues are a little more urgent than others.
My mother and I have constantly been scheduled at 3pm and not being seen until 5pm or after, which is suppose to be when the business closes, just to spend another 20 minutes waiting to be seen and the actual appointment taking 15 minutes or less. This location has routinely over booked patients & there needs to be awareness brought to someone’s attention. Makes me question if there’s upcoding or fraudulent time based billing happening. I have never had a bad experience. All workers have been pleasant and taken care of in a timely manner always hopeful.
