Dr. Tjahjana is awesome! She is thorough and really gets to know her patients. She listens and aims to rule out any concerns. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients.
Dr. T always take the time to understand what's going on with my health. She listens, doesn't rush, and takes a whole-person approach. She's fantastic.
The sweetest doctor BUT the office management is a mess. They made me wait for over an hour once I was in the exam room dressed in a patient gown for over an hour. I could barely take it anymore when the doctor came in. She was very nice but I felt so vulnerable sitting essentially naked in a tiny room with artificial lights for so long. The other problem is they never followed up with an abnormal test result and I had to find out through the portal myself and call them about it. My visit with Dr. T. was both pleasant and productive. She speaks clearly and concisely. She answered all my questions completely and was most personable. I look forward to continuing to use her as my Dr.
