DO NOT join this gym! We’ve been charged improperly so many times I’ve lost count and each time we’ve had to fight with them to rectify the situation. We put a freeze on our membership due to my high risk pregnancy and they continued to charge us. The latest scenario we provided 30 days notice of cancelling our membership two months later we’ve noticed them charging us again! This gym has no ethics and have been a nightmare to deal with. I have a very weird situation in terms of scheduling and Farina (sp?) was very understanding and accommodating with my membership. I just did my first Gym1 class and Tina is the bestest!!!! I have a shoulder injury and I really appreciate that the trainers 1) asked if anyone has any injuries and 2) thoroughly checked up on me throughout the class. It’s a very welcoming environment and I can’t wait to try the other classes!

This review is based on Corten’s time as OneHealth Club. The management is the same though. I joined last Feb 2024. I walked in to try the 30 day pass from my partner but was encouraged to sign up because there was no penalty and I could hold my membership anytime. I advised the associate that I may become pregnant later on that year. He advised me that would not be a problem.
