This is a fake clinic. It doesn’t actually exist physically despite having this google maps address. They trick you into booking and then only after paying them tell you it’s virtual only. EDIT: The owner of this venue keeps commenting on people’s reviews saying it’s a virtual American clinic and the bad reviews are just misunderstanding. If that is the case and you aren’t trying to scam people, why do you have a Toronto address and why does your website advertise “Office Visits”? Scam clinic. No physical address. Not mentioning it’s a virtual clinic before making the appointment. Charges US dollars.
Extremely rude staff, answer phones with attitude and hung up. Very unprofessional.
Fake address. We were sick and went there and notified they do not exist. I called then the person says it’s virtual consultation only. Wasted time and energy as being very sick. I do not recommend.
