Allows little room for cancelling appointments at the last second due to other medical conditions. In my opinion, it's a very ableist policy to have. To add insult to injury, I was charged a fee when I explained that I was already missing work due to said condition. Overall, my experience with Sam has been cold. Appointments are too quick and very formulaic. No attempt is even made to appear interested in what you have to say. David NP is absolutely incredible ! I have OCD and he helped me through a tough time with my symptoms ! He is so knowledgeable and excellent at what he does ! Grateful I get to see him ! Highly recommend !
