I'm going into my second year renting at One Harrison and I really like the place. They're quick to resolve any issues, and everything is always very clean and organized. The concierge is always ready to help and resolve anything needed—he's a 10/10. The building is well-located and has good neighborhoods, and it's safe, with regular maintenance.
Just moved in and it was a smooth and great experience. All the staff were very helpful and made it super easy for us with a U-Haul. The apartment as a whole is well kept and everyone is very friendly! So far we are very glad we chose One Harrison as our new home.
I had a great experience with the overall management during my move-in process. Everyone was helpful and professional, making the transition smooth and stress-free. A special shout-out to Nick, the Leasing Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the process easier.
Caution before renting with BNE. After five years as a resident, I was seven days late on a single rent payment—and they responded by locking me out of my account and filing a civil complaint with the Superior Court of NJ. In my experience, BNE prioritizes profit over people and puts minimal effort into maintaining their properties. Rent elsewhere if you expect fair treatment and responsible management.
