I honestly can’t recommend this gym enough. I joined postpartum, which can be such a vulnerable and challenging time, and from day one I felt nothing but supported, welcomed, and encouraged. Fantastic gym. Great programming, friendly, patient and knowledgeable coaches, and a really supportive community. Great for all abilities and caters to all fitness levels and performance goals. Highly recommend 10/10
2 years as a member, epic community and Coach Tommy is as good as you can get.
