This gym is definitely a place where you can get a great workout as well as fellowship. The atmosphere including the people that attend is unmatched!!! You won’t find a gym that pours into you and pushes you past the limit that you’re used too.
If you’re looking to change your life this is the place to be. I have lost and maintained keeping over 40lbs off my body! This gym’s leader, AD, environment, and members have changed my life! Anyone looking for a family atmosphere, to be motivated, to be encouraged, well this is the gym for you. I guarantee you will walk out a different person than when you entered the building. You will be stronger and better mentally, emotionally, and physically!
