I worked with this company for 5 weeks and received 2 pay checks, my second day out, there equipment broke down and left me for two days before they got me a hotel, I was away from home the entire week the next week and I ended up owing them 1800.00, poorly ran, poor planning. Umid wants to blame everyone but takes no responsibility for his company. This company will go no where with the way it is managed. He will respond to this review blaming me, just watch.

Expects to get work done for free! An entire staff worked full time managing safety for Umid. I personally addressed every concern and question immediately for 10 months! Umid turned around and disputed 3 months of payments to us on work that was done! Does NOT send what is needed and blames others. Out of all the years I have been working in this industry, I've NEVER been as set back by an owner's unprofessionalism!
