This property management company is specialized in turning nice apartments into slums. As a property owner, they may seem tempting because they are cheap, but you will lose good paying tenants who don't want to deal with this subpar company. As a tenant for 8 years and not a single missed payment. I have been going through hell with them trying to get some repairs done. I will never rent a property managed by this company again.
