These people are the absolute worst. They have a a tenant who resides at 3965 nw 87th in Sunrise, she is the most disgusting nuisance neighbor, constantly maliciously uses her dog to terrorize peace. I have been reaching out to this “property management company” for month to get some help with this, for them to talk to their menaced nuisance tenant and the refuse to offer any assistance.
This property management company is specialized in turning nice apartments into slums. As a property owner, they may seem tempting because they are cheap, but you will lose good paying tenants who don't want to deal with this subpar company. As a tenant for 8 years and not a single missed payment. I have been going through hell with them trying to get some repairs done. I will never rent a property managed by this company again. Stay away from this mafia. If you don't want to be ripped off by this evil person, never do business with them. Your deposit is banished; do not count on it. Even if the property is returned in good condition, they will always find an excuse to keep it.
