Cash or physical card only. No tap-to-pay with phone, no Venmo, no Zelle — nothing. They asked me to give them my card number (which my husband texted me) just to get my car back. How secure is that? Staff attitude didn’t help either. Hard to believe this is San Francisco in 2025. Would not recommend.
Service is so bad
I’ve parked here a few times and you should ONLY use the spot hero app which lets you get 3 hours of parking for 16$. The one time I didn’t use it and showed up 1 hour after I parked they charged me for 2 hours (24$) claiming I arrived 1 min late. ONE MINUTE. Absolutely insane, I will not be parking here again.
I parked at this garage yesterday and waited 45 minutes for them to bring me my vehicle. At that point, I said I needed to leave to pick up my children and the attendant agreed to let me leave the car overnight, saying they would waive the charges. When I arrived today, the manager was extremely rude, yelled at me for leaving my vehicle overnight, and intently said I owed the $45 overnight charge, which I paid so they would give me my vehicle (after already having paid the charge for yesterday when they would not retrieve my... read more
