I’m relieved to be done with the challenges I experienced with the management and leasing process in this building. To be clear, this does not apply to Aziz or the concierge and maintenance team, who were consistently professional and kind. My concerns are specifically with the policies enforced by the building’s management company, Barkan, and the realtor we worked with, Ilona.
