Pharmacy never answers the phone nor returns calls despite multiple attempts.
I had a terrible experience at this clinic, which affected my mental health and ability to have children in future. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and then referred to this awful place (as I was told this was only place who sees cancer patients in Niagara region vicinity) to try retrieve and freeze my eggs prior to chemotherapy. Things went wrong after first hormonal injection prior to egg retrieval and I could not reach an actual person, including doctors. Came in to the fertility clinic with my wife. Overall was a pleasant experience, Dr. Karen Kteily was very helpful explaining all our options and put our anxiety at ease. The medical residents/fellows, ultrasound tech, and reception staff were all excellent.
