They are one of the most detailed oriented property management companies I’ve worked with. They go above and beyond, and are leagues above other companies in the area.
BEWARE!!! They make you register all of your pets on a website which costs $30 per pet. That also includes the beta fish your kid has. They also require a $50 application fee but do not tell you that there are other applicants ahead of you. A real waste of time and money if you’re not first in line.
I have been with one family for almost 5 years now and I am sadly leaving because it is time for me to sell my home. The service I have received has been incredible. I am away a lot for work and have never had to worry about a single thing because of how good everyone single person is at one family. From working tenant agreements to getting things fixed quickly and affordably. This is how a company should be ran.
Melissa has been my property manager for the past 4 years of renting my home. She has been nothing but helpful, responsive, and always went the extra mile to make sure my home has been taken care of. I’d recommend her and One Family Property Services to anyone!
