I really like my Dentist and the staff at One Family Dental So kind, gental and accommodating.
My wife brought our 10 year old son in for a root canal that has been needing done for a year. Everywhere she tried to take him either had a very long wait or they would see him and say they couldn't do it. They went in on Wednesday and on Thursday he had it done, Dr Sanku wanted him to have antibiotics in his system before the work was done. Waited a hour after appointment time. Had to leave without service.
I visited Family One Dental in August for a consultation regarding cosmetic bonding and whitening after orthodontic treatment. The assistants were very pleasant and friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my visit. To my surprise, no one seemed familiar with the bonding procedure although it’s clearly listed as a service on the website.
