Exceptional experience. Dr. Mastroianni did an excellent job in all areas. Painless, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone needing this procedure.
Start off by saying I wanted to leave a 4 star review. Strictly because of the cost. Reality is, tooth #7 and #20 had to be dealt with. Have struggled with weak enamel my entire life resulting in many MANY root canals as young as the age of 8. Facility was clean, cool, modern, like back at a sheikh hotel in Monaco or NYC. I am so grateful to One ENDO. After a previous bad experience at a different dental institution I had a crippling fear of dentists but they changed that with one visit. They were patient, kind and beyond compassionate. Thank you guys so much, you have really changed my life and I would recommend you to any and everyone.
The doctor was very knowledgeable, and I was grateful for that. But they’ve got really loud music blaring—I had to ask if they’d turn it off, because I’m at the dentist, not a concert. Also, they “estimated” my insurance would cover $250 of my bill and then charged me another $80 after. I realize an estimate is an estimate, but half the reason I absolutely despise going to the dentist or doctor is because they don’t help you with insurance!! $80 is way off and I didn’t have anything else done that would stop an insurance pay... read more
