I had some issues with my range hood at my restaurant and Klaudio came within 20 mins to troubleshoot it. He was able to get it running temporarily but told me honestly that it might not last much longer or it could last for years. He explained to me that the wiring were all done improperly by the previous contractor. He gave me a reasonable and seemingly honest quote to replace the hood motor and rewiring it properly. Klaudio gets 11/10 from us. We found our self in a sticky situation with our meter getting broken accidentally. We called after hours very late and he was very patient and explained everything. Cannot thank him enough

Klaudio was able to arrive on the same day promptly on time while keeping me updated on his time of arrival. He was upfront of his costs over the phone which was reasonable. He was able to assess the issue and repair within his quoted time. Everything was well-organized, leaving no questions and concerns on my end. Very reliable guy! Thank you Klaudio!
