By far the worst professional experience I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy a “remodeled” home from these people. Communication was a 0. Improperly installed drain piping. Took funds for replacing a rotten garage and did the bare minimum and didn’t think to fix a gaping hole in its roof. did not think to bring the electric panel up to code. New kitchen flooring improperly installed and coming apart. Simple stuff like transferring utilities over after closing was met with incompetency.
