Updated review! If you’re considering moving into The Felix, think twice. I moved out on February 15, 2025 and this company is illegally withholding my $1,000 security deposit. Under Colorado law (C.R.S. § 38-12-103), landlords have 30 days (up to 60 with written notice) to return deposits or provide an itemized statement of deductions. Only at 67 days past due date did they send over a statement that said I owe them money! the worst experience since I saw cockroaches in most of the apartments, the air conditioning doesn't work, the hot water doesn't work, the pool isn't functional, but don't forget to ask for money for the rent, I hope the owner sees all these problems and the housekeeper treats everyone like trash
It’s not safe to live here. The renovated apartments are nice for the price, but this complex lets a single large family of dangerous men their wives and their abundance of children run the entire complex they throw glass bottles, blare music into the night scream at anybody they decide they do not like and the apartment refuses to do anything about it. Do not rent from these people. Water gets turned off daily. Hot water may be scalding one day and not working the next. I was without hot water for over a year total. The pools haven't been open in 2 years and it doesn't look like they will open them this year. They consistently restrict the ways that you can pay rent so that you have no choice but to pay for the privilege of overpaying for a crappy apartment.
