The leasing office is amazing, especially Karen.She's the main girl in the front office and she's always treating me with respect and all the great things I need to know about the building.
By far the worst apartment complex you can pick to live in Denver. The heat never works. The hot water never works. The staff could care less about any issues moved in in August and have not received My mail. Cannot get my mail and the complex refuses to fix the problem so I can get my mail. Countless emails and calls go unanswered while staff hardly show up to do there job. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS HELL HOLE AND NEVER LIVE HERE.
The price is good. Also, the location perfect for me I signed my lease expecting access to the gym, but I have never been given a gym key. Management repeatedly claims the gym is under maintenance, yet new renters are receiving gym keys. This has continued for more than nine months. Myself and roughly 100 units of the 400 unit property are dealing with day 11 of no hot water in our homes. Clear violation of laws, landlord hasn’t said anything about when they will resolve these issues. Kids are going to school without being able to wash, I’ve personally contracted pinkeye due to the inability to properly clean myself. Wonderful place to live, the the neighbors are very friendly. It feels very much like a community. Everyone has each other’s backs even the office is amazing to work with. They’re very understanding. I love living here me and my family feel very much at home
