DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! The place is INFESTED with BED BUGS and COCKROACHES. Extra $25 a month for a door alarm that doesn’t work , numerous valet trash fees and majority of the time the trash doesn’t get picked up. HOA fees every month, electricity charges every month even though I pay Xcel energy for my electric, gas charges every month even though everything In my unit is electric. You can’t ever get a hold of anyone on the phone no matter how many times you call, or what time. It will ring 3-5 times and then somebody hangs up or the call “disconnects”. I have had one hell of a time trying to apply for this complex and got nothing but grief. You would think their job is to try to get people to lease their units yet it was like I had to beg them to get any assistance. I was initially denied for a unit but was unsure why. Applied to a new complex, they were able to tell me what the problem was on my repo... read more

Low ratings are completely valid. I used to live in this unit before it became the Felix and it was just a slum lord complex then just like it is now. As a vendor that services the Felix id like to share that the ENTIRE staff is amazing! Alex is great at all that she does and always takes care of everything needed! Great communication,professionalism,overall great to work with!
