I think for the amount of money paid that the guy that came could have been nicer. He also did not need to tell me that my gutters were full and that it was a big job. I can not afford to pay that money every 6 months to a year!! He could have blown all of the roof too. John the guy you never see was nice and so was Claudia in billing.

These guys are absolutely wonderful, could not ask for anyone better. They all worked hard and did their job. They cleaned up wall the leaves and were very polite and friendly

John the gentleman I spoke with during the whole time of the transaction was very nice, and Claudia in billing and customer service was very nice. However, the guy that did clean the gutters was not very nice. He told me that we should have had the gutters cleaned before. I have cleaned them before, but I have health issues now. He told me that we need to call them sooner. I do not have the kind of money that I paid to have it done every 6 months to a year as the guy suggested. He was also not so nice when we first met. Melissa was very helpful through the process, there was a minor issue-confusion on paperwork from their end which caused them to reschedule. Job was done well and workers contacted me prior to their arrival and after job was done. Good value for service.
