Nobody should ever do business with One Claim Soluiton. They have a BBB rating of C+ for good reason, and even that is generous. They work with contractors that will not give quotes, even when asked. After I was billed $24k for 200 square feet of asbestos tile removal, I knew something was way off and collected quotes from other companies, showing it should have been only about $2k. Hopeless incompetence. Where do I start? If you want to keep your customers don’t use One Claim. Locally I had a good experience with an excellent company in Idaho. All went well until the One Claim bullies came onboard. And because I had such a miserable billing experience I won’t go back to the local company even though they have a wonderful reputation. Unfair billing to end user. Favor insurance company with discounts rather than insured who called for service.

Horrible. They're trying to collect thousands from me (the homeowner who had water damage). About $3k more than I ever received from my insurance company. They want to in turn pay the water mitigation people. Bottom line, they seek 3k more than I received with absolutely no reimbursement for my repairs. It's crazy and the ridiculousness of the situation goes completely unacknowledged in their emails and voicemails. I've had to stop engaging. Attorney General is next.
