Not a BBB accredited business :( .Why is Bingham using this company. They are charging $900 plus for a temporary water heater setup when in fact we were without hot water for 5 days.What else are they charging that are not true . I do have proof of all communication with the contractor about not having hot water so I'm going to lawyer up and complain to AZ ROC as well. There seems to something just downright wrong with this company, who take up collections/invoices of " underpaid" insurance payouts, and/ or go into "appraisal" on behalf of [sometime non transparent] contractors who are not happy with an insurance company's "adjusted' payout. Who gets hurt by this? The consumer and victims of homeowner insurance claims. How can anyone vett this or fact check it? They usually can't. It’s surprising that any company still relies on this organization to manage their payments. If the contractor hadn’t informed me they’d be reaching out for payment, I would have thought they were scammers. They offer no online payment system, and if you choose to pay by card over the phone, there’s an outrageous fee. The only other options are mailing a check or making an ACH payment by phone. Not a very good experience with the customer service.
After years of headaches and delays with poor performing insurance companies, tens of thousands of dollars spent to our legal team writing justifications for proper billing, we now have the third party OCS handling our AR.
