They fraudulently put claims on my credit. I have email verification that I was disputing the claim as the debt is not mine. Not only that the company Edge, was never supposed to work on the house because I was tenant (i cant authorize work). Either they were authorized by the landlord who would then be responsible or work was done inappropriately which does not mean I am liable (per ARS the landlord is responsible for habitibility). Was driving to their office to drop something off and was surprised at the reviews. Ive been working with these guys for years and have years worth of data to back up what they do. I read a couple of reviews looks like disgruntled adjusters who haven't used the service, homeowners who are mad at OCS because of something the contractor messed up, or contractors that dont do a lot of work and need to get paid on job 1 to have the money to do job 2.
