A terrible experience here. Can't wait to leave here with the inconsisties of the fire alarm that always gets falsely triggered during the most inappropriate times. At least 4 times a month and sometimes 3 times in one night. It is called a boutique condominium but, there is always ugly packages of food in the lobby. Also, there are numerous floods and Jack hammering from all the repairs and constants floods. There are numerous holes in the ceilings on the main floor.
