I've repeatedly asked Waste Management what it would take to make our location compliant for pickup and have gotten radio silence. Instead of a response, all I have is trash piled up on our property. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Waste Management, and my final interaction sealed the deal. Whitney Southerland was extremely pushy in trying to upsell me, refused to let me speak with a supervisor, and continued to harass me with calls even after I had already requested to cancel. Unfortunately, this wasn’t an isolated incident — past interactions weren’t much better. Promises of waived fees were rarely honored, and orders often weren’t processed correctly.
