Waste Management is terrible. It's like dealing with the mob. We tried to cancel our service, and they say you will have to pay "up to" $70 for them TO PICK UP THEIR OWN TRASH BINS!!! Idiotic. I asked them when "up to " is ever less than $70, and they said never. It's always $70. Then why say "up to"? I wanted to tell them to stuff it and not pick up their bins but I was still going to cancel. These people are crooks. Their service was awful. Driver turning around in the middle of a street.
Absolute worst customer service ever, if I could give them negative number I would. Nobody answers phone when they do they are no help,at all. I received bill for extra pickup when I can barely get them to pick up my cans on scheduled days. Spent hour and a half on hold 1 agent comes on tells me she cannot help because I am in AZ, another 30 min wait its one was even ruder than first one another 30 min hold to talk to someone else who do did help me, but why does it take this long? Signed a 3-year contract for a 6-yard dumpster with Waste Management in February of 2022. Attached is a screenshot of the contract with the quoted prices. Shortly after signing this, I also signed up for paperless to remove the administrative fee bringing the quoted monthly price to $81.28/month with the quoted price for an additional pickup of a full dumpster at $175.
