Our driver only picks up when he wants .our local terminal will not talk to you on return call or follow up on complaints. I have call Corporate more times than one .
Waste management is a joke, they get you to subscribe with a low cost but every month they are adding to your bill or questioning what you are throwing out,,,They are a joke, I am ending my service, cannot even find a human to talk to about monthly increases,,,,GOOD BYE

Deplorable street conditions after our recent trash pickup- sadly this is just my street by my house. We have 10 more through out. Grease and oil trail 20 feet long
WM in spite of my team calling daily, we never got answer. Few times HQ team answered and said they will get back to me within 48 hours. They never did. Now we are cancelling and I am told I have to pay $225 per house for cancelling after they overcharged several thousand dollars.
