After a positive beginning, I have had a series of unfortunate dealings with One Choice Mechanical. I will spare readers the details, but suffice it to say I felt like I was working with an organization held together by duct tape I strongly recommend choosing someone else.
I have very mixed feelings on One Choice Mechanical. The HVAC system I purchased works well and the annual maintenance has been pretty good. However, the sales process and installation put a bad taste in my mouth and overall I wish I’d gone with a smaller HVAC provider—especially since it’s so expensive these days. Our experience with them was excellent! Michael visited to diagnose our AC problem and did a fantastic job of locating the issue. He not only provided effective repair options but was also remarkably professional and honest about our system's condition. When we sought advice on a particular room, Bailey was incredibly helpful. He clearly explained the ductwork flow problem, offered practical solutions, and significantly eased our concerns. Both Michael and Bailey truly impressed us with their honesty and thoroughness.
