Dawson was a very polite thorough technician. He cleaned my 2 mini splits well. The additional work I needed was a bit out of my price range but still a good experience.
CJ and Sean were extremely professional and patient-they answered all of our (many) questions throughout the process. They replaced our 2006 furnace with a new Trane on 10.28.25. And you know the saying....."Nothing stops a Trane." So here's to a warm worry-free winter. In addition to the furnace, they replaced our Air conditioner and offer a semi annual maintenance to ensure that they are in tip top condition for the season. I recommend One Choice Mechanical for your home or business. T$
I have no complaints with One Choice Mechanical. When we have a problem they come out within a day or two to take care of our problem. Their workers are knowledgeable and courteous. Very satisfied with their service.
I am very pleased with One Choice Mechanical. Bailey was patient with me as he worked to get the HVAC system that I wanted. He answered all my questions in great detail. He is a kind, respectful, young man that really worked hard to please me. Shawn and Clarence were the installers of my new system. Our air stopped working a few days ago and one choice sent Michael out to fix the problem he came and went the extra mile by checking all of the other possibilities making sure everything worked before he left. He was very kind and courteous and made sure we understood where the problem started and fixed it immediately thank you again Michael. I would highly recommend choosing this company to get things working properly again.
