Hope you don’t have a bag with wheels. They don’t allow anything with wheels on their elevators. You have to use the freight elevator which is on a floor below the main entrance. So you have to carry your stuff down stairs to find the freight elevator. They also don’t allow you to carry a box on the elevator.
Got my money with no hassle
UPDATE: Worked in their building for many years and have no bad feelings for this management company or especially their local staff.
Getting through the booth and out of the booth for the hassle I said was a hassle
